Q. Is the HOME ALERT service affordable?
A.
Yes! There is no equipment to buy. There is no long term contract. With HOME ALERT the service is leased monthly for only $32.95 per month with Free setup and activation.

 
Q. What equipment does HOME ALERT use?
A. Home Alert uses the Capricorn EM-300 two way voice console manufacture for Home Alert, and your choice of pendent or wristband remote activation.
 

 
Q. Who does the monitoring for HOME ALERT?
A. Security Central monitoring is your "always There, Never Seen , 24-Hour Protector. With two way Voice Communications.
 
Q. Is the HOME ALERT service easy to use?
A.
Yes! And as a matter of fact, there is no lengthy, difficult or expensive installation process. The setup is virtually "Plug & Play" and uses your existing phone outlet.

Q. Will the operator be able to hear me from anywhere in my home, even if I'm in an other room?
A.
Yes! The HOME ALERT unit is equipped with a highly sensitive microphone. The unit also contains an automatic voice gain feature that increases the volume when needed. These features allow the emergency operator to hear you from almost anywhere in your home.

Q. Will I still be able to get help if I can't speak or the operator can't hear me?
A.
Yes! If you cannot be heard, the operator assumes you need help and will immediately summon help.

Q. How will someone get into my home to help me?
A.
You provide the names and telephone numbers of individuals who have access to your residence. We recommend the use of a hide-a-key box.
